With our journey of wellbeing activities, we’ll show you simple but effective ways to boost your physical and mental health by gardening or spending time connecting with green spaces.
Spread over a month, we’re offering a variety of daily activities to make you feel good, whatever your age, state of health or abilities, whether you have a garden, patio, balcony or just a windowsill.
With a mix of practical, passive, creative, gardening, nature, indoor and outdoor activities, we have something for everyone’s wellbeing and health this spring.
It’s simple to take part!
Download the calendar to print it out or if you're using a phone or tablet, tap and hold the image below to save it to your device. If you're on a desktop or laptop, right-click to save. You can listen to the read-out loud version here.
Many of the activities can be done in less than 15 minutes and those at the weekend can be given a bit more time.
Don’t worry if you can’t do everything - use the calendar as a guide to fit around the time you have and your lifestyle. You can swap days or repeat activities that you've found enjoyable too.
We recommend you sign up for our emails which will provide more detail on each week's worth of activities until the end of the month, guiding you along the journey of wellbeing and providing information about why gardening is good for you.
You can also find our guides for some of the more detailed activities in the calendar (helping you plan and source any materials you might need), along with many other ideas to connect with gardens and nature.
