Thank you to everyone who shared photos and quotes for our 2025 Thrive Calendar. Seeing your many beautiful pictures and hearing about how gardening and nature supports you really raised our spirits!
We were grateful to receive many more photos than could fit in a calendar. Enjoy admiring a selection of them here.
I moved to a lovely Assisted Living apartment with a small balcony. I planted this bowl in April 2024 and it started to flower in May and has never stopped since ... it is giving me (and visitors) untold joy.

Battersea Park is my greatly appreciated garden as I live in a tiny flat - your gardeners uplift my days so much.

This was my Grandma's orchid and it has flowered for the first time since she has passed. I love how delicate and detailed orchids are and they grow well on my bathroom windowsill.

I love Hollyhocks, they have such lovely colours and make a splendid display.

The winter photo is taken in Green Park, Reading. It’s bleak, cold and beautiful.

I've been attending a course in Battersea Park on gardening and learnt about weeds this week. I thought on a lovely summer's day I would tackle my front garden. It was a good effort!

Borage - a beautiful, easy-to-grow herb with starry blue flowers, good for wildlife, as a companion plant and it’s edible too. The flowers and leaves taste of cucumber.

I would love to share my photos while I enjoy our Wednesday project. It is a pleasure to cooperate with you and make Battersea Park even more beautiful and unique for all whom love to visit.

My photos are taken at Ryebank Fields, a rare wild green space in Manchester that is unfortunately under threat from development.

The garden to me is a place of calm where I can be and immerse myself in nature.

I live in a first floor flat with no balcony, but have made a little plot in the Community Garden at the back. It includes a white memorial rose bush for my life-partner and red memorial rose bush for my mother.

I spotted a red fox in my garden in central London ... I was struck by the unexpected beauty of nature thriving amidst the city's hustle and bustle. These encounters remind me of the delicate balance between urban development and natural habitats.

After I had watered the plants in the Thrive greenhouse in Battersea Park, I stopped to look at the Goldenrod where I have seen a lot of interesting insects in the past. I saw a Javelin Wasp.

I am a visually impaired gardener. This rose was given to me in memory of my wonderful husband and this was its first bloom. My garden is my sanctuary and gives me peace and calm.

This is my favourite spot in the garden. It’s a small area that activates all the senses. The seeds sown included night scented stock, so it prolongs the enjoyment into the evening.

Gardening means a lot to me. While working at the Botanical Garden of University of Ibadan, Nigeria, I discovered another part of me. If I felt stressed, working with the plants was just enough to become healthy again.

I have now decided to let slugs and snails live! They just love a Hosta - so be it.

My garden is a place where bees, butterflies and birds love to visit. It is where I feel most at peace. Thanks to Thrive, I have made my garden therapeutic not only for me, but for my neighbours and for wildlife.

Believe it or not, this little patch of summer was right in the centre of Stockton on Tees. The beauty of nature can be seen almost anywhere.
