1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, agents, or affiliates of Thrive or Hozelock as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on Monday 16th June 2025 at 08:00 BST and ends on Friday 11th July 2025 at 23:59 BST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the form on this giveaway website page.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants do not have to download or subscribe to Cultivating Wellbeing app.
4. Prizes
There are 3x prizes. Each of the 3 winners will receive 1x Hozelock Universal Watering Kit, estimated retail value £49.99.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Thrive and Hozelock reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The 3x winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period.
The winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the giveaway closing date.
If the winner does not respond within 20 days of notification, another winner may be selected.
6. Prize Delivery
The prizes will be delivered to the winner’s provided address within 14 days of confirming their eligibility and acceptance.
The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom. Delivery will only be made within these regions.
The winner is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Thrive or Hozelock will not be held liable for any delays, loss, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If the prize is returned as undeliverable or if the winner fails to confirm a valid delivery address within 20 days of the request, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
Thrive or Hozelock are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the prize once it has been dispatched.
