Thrive has officially been accepted onto the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (EoECPH)'s Social Impact framework for the first time — a significant milestone for us.

We are now an awarded supplier on the Social Impact framework delivered by the NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub, recognised for the quality and impact of our services. NHS organisations across the UK can work with us more quickly and easily, without needing a full tender process, by using this compliant national framework.

This strengthens our ability to partner with the NHS to improve health outcomes and bring the benefits of Social and Therapeutic Horticulture (STH) to even more people. It is a fantastic reflection of the work we deliver every day — and a very exciting opportunity for the future.

The framework includes 204 approved suppliers across 23 specialist areas, showing strong engagement from organisations working to improve wider health and wellbeing. It allows for both direct awards and further competition, supporting flexible, place based commissioning that reflects local needs.

Key strengths of the framework:

  • Supports system-wide priorities including mental health, children and young people, carers, and reducing health inequalities — helping turn national ambitions into practical action.
  • Brings in over 200 VCSEs, SMEs and local suppliers, ensuring services reflect community needs, build on trusted relationships, and adapt quickly as circumstances change.
  • Strengthens local ecosystems by supporting smaller organisations and keeping investment within communities, helping create a more connected and resilient support network.
  • Focuses on outcomes rather than rigid service models, enabling innovation, flexibility, and person centred delivery that responds to what matters most to people.

Over the coming months, our centres will be connecting with local NHS commissioners and other public sector organisations to raise awareness of our services now available through the framework. We will be attending Meet the Buyer events, promoting this opportunity through our communications and marketing, and using it to strengthen future funding applications.
