Mark brings over 30 years of expertise in mental health, learning disability, and neurodiversity, with a career spanning clinical practice, digital transformation, and senior NHS leadership.

He has held advisory roles with NHS England, NICE, and Microsoft Nuance, focusing on inclusive digital health strategy and product scalability. Mark also co-designs and teaches postgraduate modules on digital health and organisational change at the University of Surrey.

A passionate advocate for nature-based wellbeing, Mark was drawn to Thrive through his love of the outdoors and its positive impact on mental health. He enjoys swimming, surfing, trail running, cooking, writing, and allotment gardening, and supports local Cubs and Scouts.

He is a father of two, a director of a digital health consultancy, and a board advisor to a family business promoting inclusive play. Mark also mentors individuals and judges UK IT and apprenticeship awards, with a strong focus on people and organisational development.
