We are located on a quiet country estate four miles south of Reading, Berkshire, 10 minutes’ drive from the M4 and 20 minutes’ drive from the M3.
There is ample parking and the building can be accessed by wheelchair users.
Meeting room
The meeting room for hire accommodates up to 30 people theatre-style, 14 boardroom-style, and 18 u-shaped or classroom style.*

Room dimensions are 6.5 x 8.5m, with an additional lobby area for serving refreshments etc. Telephone, WiFi, projector screen, flipchart stand, pad and pens are all provided.
Costs
Room hire: £15 per hour (1-3 hours), £50 half day (4 hours), £95 per day (8 Hours).
Projector hire £10. Additional flipchart pads £6.
Catering
Tea, coffee and biscuits provided for £2.50 per person, unlimited servings.
If lunch is required, Thrive can provide details of an outside caterer.
