About
Pathways is a weekly social and therapeutic gardening group for women who are experiencing mental health needs such as anxiety, depression, isolation, or mental ill-health. Participants can enjoy the therapeutic benefits of being in nature as well as socialising with others, learning about gardening, and having fun.
No experience in gardening is necessary, as our Horticulture Practitioner and a team of supportive volunteers are on hand to help guide. The group is kept small, with up to eight participants, to maintain a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Venue
The Old English Garden is a historic walled garden providing a fantastic opportunity to help maintain a much-loved space. The garden features abundant wildlife, mature trees and flowering shrubs, lily pond with fountain, wisteria walkway, and many rose and flower beds.
