Team sow and grow

We asked some of the previous programme attendees what their favourite aspects of the sessions were and they said, 'Being in a lovely garden. Weeding, planting, re-potting and learning each week.'

Another participant said 'Having gardening to do. Filling my day with nice activities. Getting some exercise.'

Very relaxed way of learning about gardening.
