The Thrive Birmingham Appeal has reached an incredible milestone of £45,000 raised.

This is a fantastic start. But we are not stopping there.

We are now just £5,000 away from reaching £50,000 and we are asking businesses, partners and supporters across Birmingham to help us get there.

This is not just a fundraising target.

Every contribution helps us support people experiencing poor mental health, isolation and disadvantage giving them a safe space to reconnect, recover and grow.

We are seeking £150,000 investment to secure and expand our therapeutic gardening services at Thrive, Birmingham so that we can continue to grow health and wellbeing within the community.

Nature-based, person-centred care has a significant role in transforming our health - physically, mentally and socially.

This funding is essential to sustain support for local disabled people and those experiencing ill health or disadvantage.

The need is clear, and we NEED your help.

Without additional funding:

Demand will continue to outstrip available provision

Safe, therapeutic green space in Birmingham will be at risk

Fewer people will be able to access Thrive’s services

Walk & Talk for Thrive

‘Walk & Talk for Thrive’ is an easy and impactful fundraising initiative designed to encourage you and your colleagues to step outside during the working day and experience the benefits of being in nature.

To support this initiative, we invite organisations to consider extending staff lunch breaks by 30 minutes. This extra time gives employees the opportunity to take part in a mindful walk, connect with colleagues, and recharge outdoors. In return, we kindly ask participants to consider making a donation to our Birmingham Appeal.

By taking part, you’ll not only be supporting a great cause but also prioritising your team’s wellbeing.

We are proud to celebrate our supporters.
