Jake Robinson is an ecologist. His new book, Treewilding, was published in summer 2024. In it, he looks at our remarkable relationship with forests over time and our profound connection with trees.

In this free webinar, Jake will explore some of the key themes of the book:

  • How to restore global forests and our relationship with nature.
  • The latest science, Indigenous perspectives, controversies (think the 'wood wide web' and Trillion trees campaign)
  • Underappreciated perspectives, such as forests being as invisible as they are visible and trees having senses and memory (via epigenetics)
  • Pathways to a hopeful future
  • Health and wellbeing benefits of our relationship with trees

There will be the opportunity for questions at the end of the talk.
