Lifeline is a 10 minute programme broadcast on BBC One highlighting the work of a selected charity.
Our appeal features two client gardeners and a volunteer whose lives have all been changed with the help of Thrive - Carly (pictured), Nicholas and Imogen.

Nicholas' Story
Nicholas had always been a lover of the outdoors, but two years ago he suffered a devastating stroke, which left him unable to walk or talk. Struggling to deal with the dramatic change to his life, Nicholas fortunately found out about Thrive and decided to go along to a session.
`It's given me something to look forward to,` says Nicholas, who now volunteers at Thrive London after attending one of our stroke rehabilitation programmes.
