About Get Gardening
In July 2022, Thrive launched a new, free digital information service, Get Gardening. This was made possible thanks to funding for the project from the Peter Sowerby Foundation.
This service is designed to help people with a wide range of health needs to use gardening and nature to support their wellbeing, or that of someone they care for.
We have been happy to see the response since launch. More than 115,000 people have accessed the information online, with around 92% telling us they now have a better understanding of how gardening can improve health.
