Richard Rogers web
Richard’s background is in business psychology and organisation development.

He is an experienced organisation development (OD) professional with extensive experience of working in both consultancy and corporate environments. He has worked on everything from strategic SAP implementations, organisation redesign and culture change programmes to team effectiveness interventions and individual leadership coaching.

Until 2017 Richard worked in range of corporate and consulting roles including Andersen Consulting, Prudential and the John Lewis Partnership. He then retrained with the London College of Garden Design and set up his own garden design practice, working throughout the UK.

He chairs the Thrive HR Committee and advises on organisational effectiveness and employee relations issues.
