This online course explores the principles of Social and Therapeutic Horticulture (STH). It looks at the way in which nature, meaningful activity and social interactions come together to support a number of important health outcomes. Participants will also explore who STH can help, how it works, and the scientific research behind it.

Anyone with an interest in nature-based approaches to health including practitioners, professionals, volunteers, career changers. It will also be of interest to those working in health and social care, GPs, commissioning groups, referrers and funders.
