Our guided garden tours are free and open to the public. We are excited to share our space with the community. Come and explore our therapeutic gardens, learn about their history, and discover how we've adapted and changed them over time.
A selection of seasonal plants will also be available to purchase where possible.

The meeting point for our garden tours is at the garden gates.
To find the Thrive gardens:
From Avenue Road – follow the path adjacent to the play area, and at the fork turn right. Pass the basketball court and follow the right-hand path to the bottom of the hill and gates.
From Vicarage Road car park – with the white house on your left turn right by the garden centre and noticeboard. Then turn left at the fork, pass the basketball court and follow the right-hand path to the bottom of the hill and gates.
