During Mental Health Awareness Week Robert Dyas will also feature different staff members, including The Garden Guru, Rich Redman and The Master Driller to share their #PlantandPause moments, plus videos from Thrive's Training and Education team.
Also involved is Thrive's own ambassador, Jason the Cloud Gardener, providing his take on how gardening has helped his mental health.
Thrive are excited to partner with Robert Dyas on the Plant and Pause campaign as we share their passion for the mental health benefits of gardening. This is because since 1979 we have seen for ourselves how people from all walks of life can unwind and connect with nature through simple gardening tasks.
It's been a pleasure to work with Robert Dyas and we are looking forward to replicating this campaign again in the future to further promote gardening for mental health.
Delivered straight to your inbox, the Gardening Club will offer tips to get the most out of your own gardening space.
