Our board of trustees takes a strategic overview of Thrive's activities and ensures that the organisation is acting at all times in pursuit of its mission.
Thrive is a registered charity and is governed by a board of Trustees who are all volunteers. They take a strategic overview of Thrive's activities, set the strategic direction for the charity and ensure that the organisation is acting at all times in pursuit of its mission and charitable objectives.
The Trustees (who are also the directors of the charitable company) are also responsible for ensuring that Thrive complies with all its statutory and legal obligations. They come from a variety of backgrounds and bring a diversity of knowledge and experience; they can serve as a Trustee for a maximum of nine years. The board meets four times a year.
