Thrive is delighted to have been chosen as Marshalls first ever charity of the year.
Marshalls is the UK’s leading hard landscaping manufacturer and has supplied some of the most prestigious landmarks in the UK with hard landscaping solutions since the 1890s.
Marshalls strives to improve environments for everyone by using its expertise to create integrated landscapes that promote well-being, from using Fair Trade stone and providing products that alleviate flood risks, to creating innovative anti-terrorist street furniture.
Marshalls is committed to bring to life the visions of architects, contractors, town planners, landscapers, civil engineers, builders’ merchants, paving installers and homeowners and to imagine better landscapes one stone, patio, pavement, town square or car park at a time.
Marshalls aims to achieve the highest standards of environmental performance, from reducing carbon footprint or promoting biodiversity at its works and has won numerous sustainability awards.
Marshalls plan to fundraise throughout the year for Thrive and each Manufacturing Site will encourage employees to raise money for the charity throughout the year.
One of the ways Marshalls is already helping Thrive is by providing the top prize in the 2011 grand draw. This is a beautiful 6x6 Alton Octagonal glasshouse worth over £2,500.
