Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through Thrive websites. Your use of Thrive websites constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

General information:

Thrive will take all reasonable care to ensure that product details and prices are correct at the time of posting online. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product details and prices shown online are incorrect. The supply of product is subject to availability and we will not always be able to inform you at the time of purchase if products are unavailable.

Illustrations, photographs, dimensions and descriptions of items on our website are intended as a general guide only and do not form part of our contract with you. Products may vary slightly in appearance from those shown.

Where appropriate, the prices quoted include postage and packing to one address within the UK. We will ensure that your order is well packed and sent to you using Royal Mail delivery. We aim to despatch orders within 7 working days of receiving your order but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please contact us for deliveries overseas. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Returned products, which must be unused and in good condition, are accepted within 28 days of the date of order. Returns are made at your own cost and this will not be refunded.

Thrive will send an email to confirm the details of your order.

Flowers

No returns are accepted on flower orders. Cancellations will be accepted up to two working days before the original delivery date selected.

Thrive's supplier, Special Occasion Flowers, might substitute flowers in bouquets for a suitable alternative, similar in style, quality and value as availability of stems may vary from those shown in the photographs.

In the event that Thrive's partner florist, Special Occasions Flowers, cannot supply the product ordered or any substitute product, we will operate a 'no quibble’ guarantee and either new flowers or an immediate reimbursement will be offered to the customer.

Training courses:

If you are unable to attend a course after booking, Thrive will accept a substitute delegate. If you cancel a booking within seven working days of the start of the course and a substitute delegate is not found, the course fee will not be refunded.

Thrive reserves the right to cancel a course 10 days before the course start date. In this situation, delegates will be offered a full refund or may transfer their booking to an alternative course.

Registration and information about travel will be posted 10 days before the course to the address given when booking.

Electronic publications

Electronic versions of publications will be emailed to the email address given and will be sent as a pdf document. You will need Acrobat Reader or similar to open and read these documents.
