Thrive is a national charity whose mission is to research, educate and promote the use and advantages of gardening for people with a disability.

Rotary Club raising money for Thrive

18/12/2007

Our heart felt thanks go to the Maiden Erleigh Rotary Club who are busy raising money to help Thrive and have plans in place for a number of fundraising events.

At the end of 2007, the resourceful Rotarians dressed up as Santa and his bear helper and welcomed children to Santa’s Grotto at three Reading garden centres. A sponsored walk is also planned in May 2008 at Dinton Pastures Country Park in Hurst.
