Thrive has bagged an £8,000 cash boost from the Tesco Bags of Help initiative.
The supermarket has teamed up with Groundwork on its Bags of Help initiative which sees grants being awarded to environmental and greenspace projects raised from the 5p bag levy.
The money will be spent on improving areas at Thrive’s Trunkwell Gardens in Beech Hill.
Paul Scott, project manager, said: "We’d like to install new raised beds and paving and replace a broken water feature in the garden.
"This area is used a great deal by our gardeners but urgently needs a range of works to be carried out in order to maximise the accessibility and therapeutic benefits.
"We also need to repair the surface of an area within our former gold winning Chelsea garden and ensure safe wheelchair access.
"These improvements to the garden will be of great benefit to our client gardeners and volunteers, as well as the general public as we open our gardens at certain times during the year."
Thank you to shoppers who voted for Thrive at Tesco stores in Burghfield Common, Thatcham, Newbury and Hungerford.
