Breathing Green Air

31/10/2017

Thrive and the British Lung Foundation have formed a partnership to deliver a 12-week gardening programme designed specifically for people living with a lung condition.

If you enjoy gardening and want to get out more, then a Breathing Green Air course could be right for you.

On the programme you will:

- Learn new skills
- Stay active
- Meet new people from the local community
- See how gardening can be made easier

The programme is being led by a Thrive horticultural therapist who each week will take participants through a wide variety of gardening activities.
