Monty Don shows support for Thrive

13/01/2006

In the February edition of BBC Gardeners’ World Magazine, Thrive supporter Monty Don praises the charity’s work. Monty’s article looks at the health benefits of gardening and presents the case for working with plants to improve wellbeing.

Monty has long been a supporter of Thrive and has said “The work of Thrive is vital. A huge range of people from children to the very old, some with obvious disabilities and many with unseen hurt, can find comfort and real recovery through gardening and horticulture”.

See the February 2006 edition of BBC Gardeners’ World Magazine for the full story.
