Thrive is a national charity whose mission is to research, educate and promote the use and advantages of gardening for people with a disability.

Come and decorate some Easter eggs at the Thrive Battersea Garden Project

19/02/2008

On Sunday 16th March, from 11am to 4pm, children of all ages are being invited to decorate eggs in time for the Easter weekend.

Eggs and painting materials will be supplied, but don’t forget to bring an apron or cover up with an old shirt so you don’t get dirty.

This event is free but donations towards the redevelopment of the Thrive Battersea Garden Project will be welcomed. Our ambitious plans for the future will allow us to help 220 disabled Londoners every year – that’s over four times as many as we can today. More information will be available on the day.

The Thrive Battersea Garden Project is on East Carriage Drive, near the Sports Arena. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. For more information call Susan Stuart, Garden Manager, on 020 7720 2212.
