Children in Need chooses Thrive

18/08/2006

Thanks to BBC Children in Need and the money already pledged from the Foyle Foundation Thrive now has all the funds for its new project. Improving Children’s Mental Health through Horticulture. In partnership with The Berkshire Adolescent Unit at Wokingham hospital, Thrive will create three unique garden areas from which it will run tailored horticultural programmes to support the recovery of children with mental illness and disorders.
