This inspirational Club brings together gardeners who are blind or partially sighted so they can help each other with their gardening stories, share information and swap tips and techniques.

This is a unique quarterly magazine, written by and for blind and partially sighted gardeners. There are regular articles on food and flower growing, plant reviews, new tools and equipment, and news and tips from readers and listeners. Come Gardening is available in large print, on audio CD and tape, on computer floppy disc, Brailled and email.


We can help with your gardening challenges. Perhaps you need help or information on how to care for a particular plant? Help is just a phone call, letter or email away. Contact our Information Service or call us on 0118 988 5688 and we will do our best to help.

Why not join the National Blind Gardeners’ Club today? Membership costs just £9 per year for blind and partially sighted people thanks to a subsidy from the Big Lottery Fund, or £12 if you wish to receive Come Gardening in two formats. Membership for organisations costs £20.
