The help and generosity of Thrive’s supporters is crucial to ensure we can continue using gardening to change lives. Your support, whether it’s making a donation or volunteering, will be greatly valued.
This section gives information on how you can get involved and help us continue our work. The options include helping with our fundraising, working as a volunteer at one of Thrive’s garden projects or hiring our meeting room for a business or social event.

Ordinary lives, ordinary people
As a charity, Thrive is reliant on the generosity of its supporters to keep going. With funding cuts already kicking in, Thrive has to raise funds so it can continue its important work, and strive to help even more people. Our fundraising campaign during 2011 is called Ordinary lives, ordinary people, and looks at how disability can touch anybody, anywhere and at any time. Read Stuart and Denise Mabere's story.
Plant a difference and make a difference
Thrive launched its annual fundraising Plant a Difference campaign at the first open day of 2011. We hope as many people as possible will hold a swapping event and for every swap made, make a donation to Thrive. For every £35 raised we will send a box of lovely fresh herbs or perennials straight to the door of a disabled person who requests one. Help us get more people into gardening and download your free fundraising pack.
