Secret Garden
Thrive's National Office, The Geoffrey Udall Centre, is a modern building with a light and relaxing atmosphere in a rural setting south of Reading, between Reading and Basingstoke, in the village of Beech Hill.

In part of the building we have meeting rooms of various sizes, which are available for hire. The rooms are suitable for meetings, training courses or conferences and costs range from £18 per hour for our library room to £43 per hour for our largest conference room, which accommodates up to 75 people.

The National Office building can be accessed by wheelchair users and there is ample parking.

Equipment in each of the rooms varies but includes WiFi, a TV with video, a whiteboard,
black out curtains and a hearing aid induction loop. Additional equipment, including a projector and flip charts and pens, can be hired for a small charge.

Two of the meeting rooms have direct access to Thrive's Secret Garden, an attractive enclosed garden with raised planting beds, seating areas and a small lawn.

Refreshments are complimentary for full day bookings or can be provided for an additional charge at other times.

For more information, including full details of the room sizes, equipment and the charges for hire, download our information leaflet, Meeting rooms and Secret Garden, call us on 0118 988 5688 or send us an email
