Hiring Thrive's meeting room

Thrive's facilitiesThrive’s National Office, the Geoffrey Udall Centre, is a modern building with a light and relaxing atmosphere in a rural setting just south of Reading at Beech Hill.

In part of the building we have a meeting room, which is available for hire. The room would be suitable for meetings, training courses or conferences. It is wheelchair accessible and can accommodate a maximum of 75 people.

The room is equipped with overhead projector and screen, laptop connection, whiteboard, wall and free standing flip charts, black out curtains and a hearing aid induction loop. It also has direct access onto a large patio area.

Refreshments and lunch can be provided. We can also arrange for a member of staff to give your group a short talk on the work of Thrive and a tour of the Trunkwell Garden Project if required.

For more information or to book the room please call uson 0118 988 5688 or email info@thrive.org.uk
