Time tips and tools

Work for 30 minutes if you can.

10 minutes + 10 minutes + 10 minutes is good.

Work for 30 minutes every day.

Take care – do not do get too tired.

Tips

Put compost around the bottom of your pot. This will keep it steady when sowing seeds.

Keep a seat near you when you are working.

Extendable tools can be used when sitting or standing.

Tools

Use cut and hold secateurs if you can’t bend.

Use a bulb planter OR a trowel for small holes.

Use a garden kneeler if you kneel.
