Garden and Client Manager (Senior Horticultural Therapist grade)
Battersea Park, London SW11 4NJ
Salary £30,000 p.a.
Full time, 35 hours p.w.
Based at Thrive’s London Centre in Battersea Park, and reporting to the Regional Centre Manager, this is a unique management role providing leadership to the service delivery team, managing horticultural planning, and leading on all aspects of client management.
You will be an experienced people manager, have significant horticultural experience derived from managing large gardens or grounds, and have an ability to inspire your team to achieve excellent service standards. Experience in working with people living with disability or vulnerability or of delivering Social and Therapeutic Horticulture will be an advantage, but a positive attitude towards, and passion for, enabling people to reach their potential is essential.
Appointment to this post will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service check, proof of right to work in the UK and provision of 2 acceptable references.
