Make a swap and bring a smile to a disabled gardener
From April to September 2010.
We want to send boxes brimming full of ready-to-plant baby vegetables, herbs or perennial plants directly to the door of a disabled gardener. They can plant them on the kitchen window sill, in patio containers or in their garden and discover the benefits of gardening for themselves. No hassle, simple.
To raise the £35 per box we need, we are asking people to make a swap. You can swap a plant or even swap produce, from jams and cakes to vegetables. For every swap, just make a donation. We have a series of special swap events in 2010 with much more than swaps on offer and we’d love to see you there.
